The great Martin Luther King, Jr. had a speech where he used the above words. May he rest in peace.

I was also listening to Bob Marley on the radio. He sings "How Many rivers must we cross, before we talk to the boss?"

I think there are two: 1) the Rubicon, the river of your heart that you must cross to face death and beyond to fight for what you believe in and the 2) Styx, the river of Hell, which you cross with Charon to talk to Death. True to form, the former is about Caesar in Rome and the latter is about the Greek culture's river to death.

Perhaps they are the same river, just on different levels of the dimensions of our souls.

I shall look up what the river of the Norse Gods was, because that is the higher dimension river, I would think.
